Klaus
[continued from here]
Kersen stood and offered Klaus his hand, then led him out of the office, down a flight of stairs and (after a key-code locked entry) into the small studio apartment down there, even sparser than his office, but with a couch and bed and small kitchen.
"You're not lightheaded are you?" he asked suddenly. "There's some orange juice in the fridge..."

Klaus didn't necessarily have sex because he needed a place to stay, or because he was drawn to someone beyond sexual appeal, but when he had sex in a bed, he did like to stay. He didn't have sex with people he didn't subsequently enjoy spending a night against. That didn't mean that it didn't happen; it wasn't always up to him. But when it was; he liked to snuggle.
He smiled warmly. "I'd like that very much," he said. He closed in to settle against Kersen and sighed happily. "Man... what's in that bite?" He asked as his eyes fell shut.

"What's it like for you?" Klaus asked. "I mean, when you bite me... is it just a snack or... does it affect you too?"

There was also the fact that, because Kersen didn't tend to drink straight from the vein very often, that when he did it was often with someone he was intimate with. So the wires in his brain for blood and sex had gotten all intertwined a very long time ago.

"Yeah, it is," Klaus agreed, feeling quite at ease against Kersen. There was something about him, somehow. Something calming. "I liked it," he admitted.

Drugs aside, Klaus was into quite a lot when it came to sex, but he didn't feel the need to divulge that here. "Oh, thanks," he said instead. "I mean, I thought it was pretty damned awesome too, but... I think you must have heard that."

Klaus smiled and belatedly explained one of his tattoos. He held out his arm and pointed at the Umbrella Academy symbol. "Ever heard of us? The Umbrella Academy. We were a thing, before it all went to shit. Six kids with powers. So yeah, I've seen stuff."

"Dead people," Klaus provided. He passed a finger by his neck to indicate the slitting of a throat and then turned it into a fist as if hanging himself from a noose, then pointed a gun and pointed it at his own head and blew a raspberry as if shooting himself. Dead people. All manner of dead people.

"So, you're dead," he changed the subject. Sort of. "That explains the lack of heart-beat... And you're cold. Not freezing, just... not warm."

This was nice, laying in bed with someone. Just chatting, like everything was normal.
"Any other questions?" he murmured. He owed him that.

Klaus wasn't a really curious person. It was probably the effects of drink and drugs, but he kinda floated around everything else.
"No, I was just wondering how long you've been like this."
